After any cracks or deterioration are repaired, we apply a foundation sealant and cover with a water barrier membrane, protecting the foundation from wet soil and providing an air gap between the wall and the membrane. This allows for better drainage away from your exterior walls.
Once we locate and prepare the crack in your foundation, we will fill with a non-shrink structural grout and seal the crack. If left untreated, a crack can grow over time and create significant damage to your foundation.
